Is this my final production design?
The online preview is an illustration to communicate your preferences. Aurora will review structure, dimensions, artwork and material options with you, then agree the final production design.
Can I customize a catalog model?
Send the model number and describe your preferred changes. We will review available options for size, colors, logo and configuration.
What logo file should I provide?
Use PNG, JPG or WebP for the online preview. For production, provide the original vector artwork if available, plus color references and placement requirements.
Will my uploaded logo be sent automatically?
The preview works locally in your browser. Share the original logo or downloaded preview through your chosen email or messaging channel when you contact Aurora.
Can I change the design after approval?
Contact our team as early as possible. We will review the production stage and discuss any effect on cost, timing or specification before proceeding.
When do I receive completion photos?
At the agreed pre-dispatch review stage. Confirm which product views, detail photos, videos or inspection evidence you need in your order.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the design scope, product, quantity and shipping arrangement. Send your target date and destination to discuss an order-specific schedule.
